THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE DAWN'S IMAGES WEB SITE AND FORM A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Don Johnston. USERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT ALL OF ITS COPYRIGHT CONDITIONS BELOW.

 Copyright and Ownership of Images

1. All Images in this Web Site are the exclusive property and copyright of Don Johnston and Dawn's Images Nature Photography

2. The Images in this Web Site are presented on the Internet for visual reference only.

3. Except as noted in Section (2) above, these images may not be copied or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of Don Johnston and Dawn's Images Nature Photography
as evidenced by a written invoice/license, and subject to the payment of that invoice/license. Licensing fees are based on how the Images will be used and are limited in scope.  These images are NOT royalty-free images or clip art and are not available for any commercial or private use or as links to web sites including a link back to  Donjohnstonphotos.com or as desktop wallpaper, screen savers or any other electronic or computer use without my expressed written agreement.

Unless you have received and paid a written copyright license from Don Johnston and Dawn's Images Nature Photography:

 (a) it is illegal to copy or use any portion of an Image whether by photographic means, scanning, digital copying,  or as reference for another illustration;

 (b) it is illegal to incorporate all or part of an Image into another image. Changing an image does not make it yours. The Original Image, however modified or distorted, is still protected by copyright.

4. Don Johnston earns his living by licensing and controlling all rights in these Images.  Don Johnston and his representing agency of some of these images, NSSP and Visual Contact, license varying levels of exclusive rights to clients and have an obligation to protect that exclusivity on behalf of their clients. You agree that any unauthorized use,  publication or transmission of any Image by you is an infringement of copyright and you will be responsible for fees, damages and compensation.
